Nava Yoga Studio offers a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training program with a warm and welcoming community, thoughtful and comprehensive curriculum, in a boutique setting unlike any other in the area.

​

Whether you are seeking to become a yoga teacher, enhance your personal practice, or to gain a new perspective on life; this training is for you.

 

  • Alignment Based Training

  • Meditation and Yin

  • Yoga Anatomy

  • Yoga History and Philosophy

  • Practical Applications

  • Teaching Experience at Nava Yoga Studio

Our YTT program is limited to 12 students to ensure each student receives the attention needed to gain the most out of their training experience.

2023-2024 Program Schedule

Saturdays 11am-6pm

Wednesdays 4:15pm-6:15pm, with option to view recording.

Plus your choice of 1-2 yoga classes a week at Nava.

Time off for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Tuition:

$200 discount for early bird, $2,795 due by May 31, 2023.

$2,995 is due by July 31, 2023.

$500 non refundable deposit due upon acceptance to the training program.
