Practicing with a group is a wonderful way to bring family and friends together through fitness. Offering a wide variety of classes from gentle yoga, vinyasa flow, meditation, to team building poses. We will bring yoga to you, take it to the beach, or create a personalized class in our quaint studio located in beautiful Isla Del Sol. Classes are suited for all levels. Our experienced teachers have completed a yoga teacher training certification. Your coordinator will select a teacher to create a class just for your group.
