Get the best of both worlds in flow yin class! Begin with a 1/2 hour of traditional flow connecting breath and movement..warm the muscles, increase the heart rate and follow with a half hour of traditional yin poses which stretch the fascia(connective tissue) and increases joint mobility. Yin poses are done sitting or lying down and are held from 2 to 5 minutes and are the PERFECT way to balance flow practice! Props can be used for support.
