Similar to the Yoga Flow class but held in a warm toasty room. Your teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. A fast-paced yoga class designed to strengthen the body and mind through synchronized breathing and flowing movement.

TIPS and PRECAUTIONS for Warm Yoga: Warm Yoga is not recommended for people with high blood pressure or heart disease, for those prone to dizziness or dehydration, or woman who are pregnant. As with any exercise program, please consult your doctor to determine if the program is suitable for you. Remember to drink plenty of fluids before, during and after a warm yoga class. Always rest or step out of the room during class if needed.
