Enjoy the perfect way to start your day with many benefits of an early morning yoga practice designed to start your day off right.  Some gentle stretching to open the way to a practice of dynamic Vinyasa yoga poses to build strength, flexibility, and awareness. You'll feel energized and, at the same time, calmly focused for a successful day.

 

This class is one hour in length to accommodate your busy schedule, yet give you a complete yoga experience.
