Restorative Yoga for Stress Relief
Leave the work-week behind and take time to relax and restore body, mind, and spirit with this therapeutic yoga class. Restorative and supported yoga poses, long, slow stretching, breath work, and meditation will help you take your attention inward, manage your stress symptoms, relieve muscle tension, prepare you for sleep, and leave you ready to fully enjoy your weekend! Appropriate for all levels.
