Slow Flow

Slow Flow – a bridge between hatha and vinyasa yoga.  We will slow down the vinyasas and hold each asana longer to create focus, build strength and release stress. Slow flow will help you to develop a stronger connection of the breath to each asana, resulting in an enriching, meditative yoga practice. Slow flow is for all levels of practitioners.
