Stretch and Relax
A gentle form of yoga for beginners or for students who are looking to focus on the stretching and relaxation benefits of yoga. Stretching increases circulation, flexibility, range of motion, and, in turn, improves balance and coordination. This is a great class if you feel stiff in the morning or just generally tight after a workout. This class will combine gentle and deliberate stretching asanas (yoga poses) and pranayama (breathing) in order to reduce tension in tight muscles and reduce overall stress levels.
