Which classes should I take?
If you're new to yoga or just getting back into it, try Gentle, Stretch/Restore, Yin Yoga, Restorative Meditation, Flow Yin, or
Qi Gong. Throughout the year we offer an Intro to Yoga workshop. Check the workshop/events tab for scheduled dates from the home page. Looking for more intensity, try any of the Yoga Flow classes, Ashtanga Flow, or Warm Flow. Early riser and looking for a workout, Wake Up Power Flow is the class for you. Want to start your day with an all levels class, attend our Gentle Yoga.
Looking to get a little sandy and let the Gulf soothe your soul, we have Beach Classes located in beautiful Pass-A-Grille.
Try different classes with various teachers to find the experience you're seeking. It may take a few classes, so give it some time.
We believe yoga is for everyone.
