Access Video on Demand via Nava Yoga Studio APP on your Apple or Android device .

• download the App (search "Nava Yoga") to your smart phone or tablet

• sign in with your MindBody Username and Password

• touch the video tab on the bottom and enjoy the videos

• go to MindBody Members

• Click on Video on Demand
