Intro to Yoga
Intro to Yoga Classes are perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refine their knowledge of yoga. You will receive instruction on fundamental yoga postures, alignment, breathwork, and yoga philosophy. For newbie's, it will prepare you to enter one of our regular yoga classes. For others, it will enhance your current practice by taking it back to the basics. In these small classes you are welcome to ask questions to receive a private-like experience. Expect to learn, build confidence, and have fun!

Try to practice 2-3 times a week.
Yoga is for everyone and all levels. Try a variety of classes to see what style/level is best suited for your needs. More info on class descriptions.
Try not to eat a heavy meal 1-2 hours before class.
